These Terms govern access to and use of the AI Confine website, client services, evidence records, certificates, verification resources, and related support.
AI Confine provides professional digital forensic evidence services for creators, rights holders, managers, agencies, studios, publishers, and other selected professional clients.
Commercial engagements are arranged directly and documented under separate written agreements. Where a client agreement conflicts with these Terms, the client agreement controls for that engagement.
1. Service
AI Confine creates verifiable forensic evidence records for original digital media.
The service is engineered to support the preservation and presentation of evidence relevant to authorship, ownership, attribution, authenticity, copyright, platform disputes, and other professional or legal claims.
AI Confine also provides Certificate Verification and support concerning records generated through the service.
2. Professional Access
AI Confine works directly with selected professional clients rather than through an unrestricted public sales process.
Access, scope, fees, payment terms, confidentiality, service levels, and other commercial conditions are agreed separately with each client.
3. Rights in Submitted Work
Clients must have the rights, permissions, or lawful authority necessary to submit work to AI Confine.
Rights in submitted work remain with the applicable client or rights holder. AI Confine does not acquire copyright ownership merely because a work is submitted to the service.
4. Evidence Records
AI Confine records are intended to preserve a reliable evidentiary record associated with submitted work and to support later verification.
Clients are responsible for submitting the correct version of the work and for using AI Confine records accurately and lawfully.
5. Certificate Verification
Certificate Verification is provided to support independent confirmation of the status and consistency of an AI Confine evidence record.
A successful verification result confirms the status reported by the AI Confine verification system. It does not constitute a judgment by a court, authority, platform, or other decision-maker.
6. Support for Legal Claims
AI Confine evidence records are engineered to support legal claims and evidentiary workflows.
They may support matters involving copyright, authorship, attribution, platform disputes, authenticity, provenance, professional review, and the presentation of evidence to counsel, experts, platforms, authorities, or courts.
AI Confine provides the evidence service, verification resources, and related support. The final legal interpretation and evidentiary weight of any record depend on the facts, applicable law, procedure, surrounding evidence, and relevant decision-maker.
7. No Legal Advice or Guaranteed Outcome
AI Confine does not provide legal advice, legal representation, litigation strategy, or a legal opinion.
AI Confine does not guarantee admission of a record into evidence, acceptance by a particular third party, or any particular legal, platform, or commercial outcome.
These limitations do not mean that AI Confine records lack evidentiary value. They reflect the fact that no evidence provider can determine the final outcome of a legal or administrative proceeding.
8. Accurate and Lawful Use
Users must not falsify, alter, fabricate, backdate, or knowingly misrepresent an AI Confine evidence record.
Users must not use AI Confine to make knowingly false claims, submit material without sufficient authority, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, or engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
9. AI Confine Rights
AI Confine retains its rights in its service, software, evidence system, verification system, certificates, documentation, branding, and related proprietary technology.
Nothing in these Terms grants a right to copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or exploit non-public AI Confine technology except where expressly permitted by law or written agreement.
10. Availability
AI Confine is designed to provide reliable evidence and verification services, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
AI Confine may maintain, update, limit, or modify service components where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or continued operation, subject to any specific commitments in an applicable client agreement.
